Through our bespoke, handmade jewellery expertise, we can help you find jewellery you cannot find anywhere else. We also love to ‘upcycle’ jewellery within our workshop. We can turn old or unattractive pieces of jewellery into something you can wear with pride!

Our Story
Stephen G Harrow has been working in the jewellery industry since 1975. He started his career in the prestigious Hatton Gardens and attended Sir John Cass School of Art. In 1987, Stephen established his first business specialising in repairs and restorations in the jewellery industry and his hands have not stopped since. Stephen uses a lot of old- fashioned ways when it comes to jewellery; he likes to start a bespoke piece on a piece of paper using nothing but his imagination and a pencil to come up with ideas with his customers.
In 2019, Stephen’s son George joined the business after spending three years at Birmingham School of Jewellery and they successfully opened a shop together in Hadleigh, Suffolk. George not only gained his Bachelor of Arts at University, but also won the Cooksons Silversmiths award in 2018 and the Cooksons award again for design in 2019. Although George was first taught jewellery by Stephen when he was growing up, he brings both more traditional and modern ways of working to the business. He specialises in Computer Aided Design (CAD); therefore the duo offers a complete service of traditional and modern techniques to aid your desires and make dreams come true.
Stephen’s daughter Stevie has also now joined the team. Stevie is the face of the shop, greeting every customer who comes through the door, ensuring everything is kept in check and making sure jobs are ticked off the list. She is also the designer behind our remodel jobs!
