REFUNDS
We do not accept returns on jewellery purchased in store, but we can offer you store credit or an exchange at the same value of which your items were purchased.
Unfortunately we do not offer this service on earrings – we cannot accept returns or exchanges/store credit on any earrings purchased.
DEPOSITS
We will require a deposit for any bespoke / handmade commissions over the value of £500.00
The deposit required is 20%, which will enable us to proceed with your enquiry and make a start on your bespoke commission.
We do not require a deposit for remodel commissions if we are using only your metal and gemstones.
